Wander provides a platform that connects travelers with local guides for unique experiences. We facilitate bookings but are not the provider of the tours or experiences themselves.

Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the local guide. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. Payment terms and cancellation policies are specified at the time of booking.
User Conduct

- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or guides
- Attempt to circumvent our platform to book directly with guides
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with the proper working of our services
Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Wander or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Wander is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of experiences offered by local guides.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
